Windowsメディアから回復コンソールで起動します。

.NET FrameworkそのものやFixpackの削除が「使用しているプログラムが存在する」などの理由でuninstallできないケースがある。その場合は、.NET Framework Cleanup Toolを用いて削除することができる。
